Open arms, empty air
“Men go crazy in congregations, but they only get better one by one”. No recollection as to exactly who stated this first, but it certainly is true. It seems the chief paradox of the human race. However we need to spend time together, the time spent large congregations inevitably lead us to unwanted situations we’d never have been the subject of as a unit of one. Or two, at most.
The avoidance of the validity of a group should be something to applaud, not something to abhor. Yet, this how we view the individual, less worth than a group.
